Hello Loves,
Happy Hump day!!
So, let’s get to it….
I spent last Thursday at the Four Points JKIA and it was a wonderful eye opening experience.
The Four Points JKIA is situated at Jommo Kenyatta international airport. 30 minutes away from the CBD and also from Wilson Airport. The hotel has proved to fill a gap in the hotel industry that was badly needed.
The hotel has 172 guestrooms with 138 being traditional guestrooms, Deluxe being 3, 26 suites,3 executive guestrooms and lastly 2 disabled guestrooms. This is a fantastic consideration for disabled guests.
The Tazama rooftop restaurant reminds you of summer holidays, delicious drinks and swimming of course.
There is an airy and calm eating area with a rooftop bar to accompany it. You can choose to go swimming just right outside and sunbath as you vaguely see the Nairobi National park from a short distance.
The hotel also has conference rooms namely Mt. Kenya , Rwenzori and Kilimanjaro which can accommodate 20 to 140 guests depending on the setting.
The Marketplace is the more formal restaurant of The Four Points JKIA and is beautiful with the green seats, golden chandeliers and brown furniture to go along with it.
Their menu was absolutely satisfying with a wide selection from wings which were tender and sweet at the same time and seemed to disappear from the plate as fast as it arrived on our table.
Now, you all know I have a sweet tooth that threatens to take me out every now and then but I stay …WINNING so I had to try their desserts and I wasn’t disappointed
All in all, It was an afternoon of fun, great food, sights and new friends.
If you happen to visit the hotel, kindly let me know what you think.
Also you can follow me on IG as @moangwenyib as I do more Insta stories frequently than posts.
Have a great week ahead.
Love & Light,
🙂
